Mile 0 Festival - Payment plan terms

Payment plans are available for Packages and Passes only. Payment Plans are NOT available for Purchase Protection, Add-Ons, or Special Events. By choosing the payment plan option when making a purchase, guests agree to accept these terms. 


Our Payment Plan allows guests the flexibility to pay for their purchase in monthly installments for an additional one-time Payment Plan Fee of $40 per package or $20 per pass. The payment method on file will be billed every month (on the same day of the month) until the full balance is paid. For example, if a guest purchases on July 18th, their next installment is due August 18th.


The number of installments is dependent on the number of months between the purchase date and the festival. All purchases must be paid in full by December 1st.

PASS PURCHASES

Guests purchasing passes have the option to pay for their purchase in up to 4 installments. All purchases must be paid in full by December 1st.

PACKAGE PURCHASES

Guests purchasing packages have the option to pay for their purchase with a $1,000 deposit and up to 5 additional installments. All purchases must be paid in full by December 1st.

MAKING CHANGES – Guests cannot customize their payment plan amounts or pay in different increments. By agreeing to the terms at the time of purchase, you are agreeing to the amounts set forth in the plan. 


UPDATING PAYMENT DETAILS – Guests can update their payment details at any point during the Payment Plan. Go to mile0fest.com/bookings and follow the link Change Card on the purchase.


DECLINED PAYMENTS & LATE FEES – In the event a credit card declines or fails to accept payment, the guest will receive an email notification and a reattempt will happen automatically in 7 days. If the second attempt fails, that installment amount is now in default and will be subject to a 5% late penalty. This will increase the amount of any remaining installments. A third payment attempt will occur on the 14th day and will include the penalty fee. Failure to successfully charge an installment after all three attempts will result in the cancellation of the affected purchase and all monies received are forfeited.


CANCELING A PAYMENT PLAN – Guests can cancel their payment plan and pay in full for their remaining balance at any time by calling our box office. However, doing so, does not refund the $40 payment plan fee incurred.
